My 2007 Goals

I didn't really think long and hard about my goals. They are fairly simple but not so easily attainable without some hard work over the next year.

These should be fairly attainable with some hard work with which I am ready to do.

I agree that they should be attainable with had work. Don't underestimate that work and you might even want to establish mini-steps to make the goals ever more possible.

Say the 30 minutes exercise goal, you could start with simple 5 minute stretching for a week and slowly work up to 10, 15, 20, 30 minutes of exercise and movement. Also, you define exercise to include a multitude of activities (walking, vigorous house cleaning, stretching, unloading groceries, ect.) so that you can continue to build on your goals even on days when you may feel like you missed out by not completing the typical exercises you had in mind. Little steps like these also mean that you may be able to make everyday possible and get even closer to the 15 lbs goal.
